Diaz one loft race season starts off Tomorrow the 13th June 2022.
Few pointers to remember for the season.
1. Points Allocation.
First basketting determines the points Allocation for season. 25% of basketted birds get allocated points. Example if 860 basketted – Thus 860 x 25% = 215.
1st bird allocated 215 points and 215th bird 1 point. 215 points first bird remains base line for rest of season 10 races.
2. Big 5 competition. Result determined on total velocity. Thus Total distance / Total time.
Don’t get confused as the Benzing site reveals it as average velocity. Amazingly there is a difference.
3. The ACE velocity bird is determined on average velocity.
4. Knock out – Winner takes all
5. Team competitions – Winner takes all.
6. Baby sale race is determined on 4th Race from Kokstad 440km.
7. Aće bird points, Long distance champ and Money ring competition and Team comp all determined on the points system
8. Reminder it is possible which is the čaše that we will be basketting a few more birds than the 854 back from Komga toss. A few birds did come back that went missing in previous tosses.
9. A few birds in sickbay that we don’t think will make or be ready for seasons racing. List to be supplied. most affected fanciers have been informed personally.
10. Money ring and Long distance competition determined over the 4 longest races. Thus race 4 ; 6; 8; and 10.
11. Basketting at 2pm today. All welcome
to attend.
12. Liberation scheduled for between 7.30 to 8am weather permitting.
